| 摘 要： | 指出了在社会发展过程中,会产生各类固体废物,若不能详细准确掌握各类固体废物的危险性,并及时采取相应措施予以解决,这类固体垃圾将反作用于社会与生态环境,产生不可估量的负面影响。鉴于此,结合相关专业化理论知识,从固体废物概念、固体废物危险特性鉴别程序、危险特性鉴别依据3个方面对固体废物危险特性鉴别以及相关问题进行了探究,提出了相应的对策,以供参考。

| Abstract: | In the process of social development,all kinds of solid waste will be produced.If the risk of all kinds of solid waste cannot be grasped in detail and accurately and corresponding measures can be taken to solve it in time,this kind of solid waste will react to the social and ecological environment and have inestimable negative effects.In view of this,combined with the relevant professional theoretical knowledge,this paper probes into the identification of hazardous characteristics of solid waste and related problems from three aspects:the concept of solid waste,the identification procedure of hazardous characteristics of solid waste and the basis of hazard identification. |
