废弃人造板再利用研究进展

摘    要:我国每年产生大量的废弃人造板,造成废物处理、环境危害等方面的问题。对废弃人造板进行再利用,既可以有效减少环境污染,又可以节约木材资源、创造经济价值。研究资料发现,目前废弃人造板再利用可分为两大类——物质方面再利用和能源方面再利用。其中,物质方面再利用包括制备再生刨花板、木质复合材料、活性炭、液化产品等,能源方面再利用包括制备颗粒燃料和热裂解炼制。

Research Progress on Recycling of Waste Artificial Board

Abstract:There are a large quantity of artificial board are abandoned every year. And those wastes can generate many problems in wastes processing and environment. The recycling of those waste artificial boards not only has positive effect on environment and wood resource saving, but also produces economic benefits. According to relevant literatures, the recent utilization of wasted artificial boards can be divided into material utilization and energy utilization. The material utilization includes regenerated particle boards, wood-based composite, activated carbon and chemicals. The energy utilization part includes particle fuel manufacturing and thermal cracking.
