基于信息技术的园林绿地管养质量监测模式研究

回顾了新公共管理、绩效管理等相关理论,分析了上海地区先行的绿地养护质量管理方法的弊端和不足,指出了景观与绿地质量管理应从景观要素、时间、空间、灾害与事故、环境与组织6个维度进行设计,综合应用4项信息技术:包括数字活码标签技术,扫码识别技术,GIS/GPS定位服务技术,专业云数据库技术,从而系统地分析和解决以结果导向性(效果)的景观质量控制向过程控制性(工艺工序)质量控制方法转变,从绿地要素缺陷的识别、记录、比对、分析、纠偏等方面提出了改进对策,以期对提升绿化质量管理水平有所借鉴与帮助。

Research on Information Technology for Quality Monitoring Modelof Management and Maintenance

This paper reviews the relevant theories of new public management and performance management andanaly-ses the disadvantages and shortcomings of the advanced green space maintenance quality management methods in Shanghai.It also puts forward that the quality management of landscape and green space should be designed from six dimensions:landscape elements,time,space,disaster and accident,environment and organization,which comprehensively applies four information technologies,including digital live code labeling technology,scan code recognition technology,GIS/GPS positioning service technology,professional cloud databaseso as to systematically analyze and solve the result-oriented(effect)landscape quality control to process-controlled(process)quality control methods.Improvement countermeasures are put forward from the identification,recording,comparison,analysis,correction of green element defects in order to improve the level of green management for reference.
