城乡道路交通噪声现状监测与差异分析

摘    要:选取柳州市国道209线、柳长路、跃进路等城乡道路共72个测点,对其昼夜间的等效连续声级进行了监测和分析。结果表明:国道209线、柳长路、跃进路昼夜间交通噪声均值分别为81.1/71.7 dB(A)、77.5/68.9 dB(A)、75.6/67.5dB(A),均超过《声环境质量标准》要求,昼夜间噪声均属于“差”等级,交通噪声污染比较严重;柳州市乡村公路交通噪声值总体上大于城市道路,且与各道路车型比例因子相关性较大;从趋势上分析,因城市的快速发展,2016年城郊公路柳长路的昼间交通噪声值比2011年有所提高。应根据道路类型的差异提出不同的降噪措施,尤其应关注大中型车辆的影响。

Abstract:A total of 72 measuring points for urban and rural roads such as Liuzhou National Highway 209,Liuchang Road and Yuejin Road were selected to monitor and analyze the equivalent continuous sound level at night.The results show that the mean nighttime traffic noise of National Highway 209,Liuchanglu and Yuejin Road is 81.1/71.7 dB(A)and 77.5/68.9 dB(A)75.6/67.5dB(A),respectively,which exceeds theAcoustic Environmental Quality Standard.the level of noise are different between day and night,the traffic noise pollution is more serious;Liuzhou rural road on the whole is greater than the urban road traffic noise value,and the path with the model scale factor correlation is bigger;With the rapid development of the city,the traffic noise value of the Liuchang Road on the suburban road in 2016 has increased compared with 2011.Different noise reduction measures should be proposed according to the difference of road types,especially the impact of large and medium-sized vehicles.
