| 摘 要： | 森林具有生态、经济、社会、文化、碳汇、美化等多种功能,其中生态功能是第一位的。在陆地生态环境中,森林占据主体地位,森林生态功能关系到保障国土生态安全、改善生态环境、维护生物多样性。在林业发展中,森林病虫害是影响最大的因素,森林病虫害防治工作是林业健康发展的重要任务之一,保护好森林资源,确保林业在建设生态文明中发挥重要的作用。
