半枫荷塑料大棚内嫁接快速育苗技术研究

摘    要:对半枫荷塑料大棚内嫁接育苗试验的结果表明,当年用休眠芽嫁接,翌年6月嫁接成活率可达95.07%,平均接穗高67.33 cm,平均接穗茎粗0.54 cm。砧木以3年生半枫荷I级侧枝为好,嫁接成活率、生长量、保存率由高到低排序为容器苗>移植苗>留床苗,砧木切干高度对成活率和生长量无影响。

Study on the Technology of Rapid Seedling Cultivation by Grafting in Plastic Greenhouse of Semi Feng-Lotus

Abstract:In order to improve the survival rate of Semiliguidmbar cathayesis, shorten the cultivation time, cultivate seedlings, this paper has been studied the key technologies by experimental method. The results showed that the survival rate of grafting was 95.07%, the average scion length was 67.33 cm, and the average scion stem diameter was 0.54 cm. Scion suitable for small rootstock, with 3-year -old semi-maple lotus I grade lateral branches as the best. Container seedlings, transplanted seedlings, and reserved bed seedlings were used as rootstocks. After multiple comparisons, no matter the graft survival rate, growth rate, and preservation rate were compared, the order of container seedlings > and transplanted seedlings > were retained as bed seedlings. Cutting height of rootstock had no effect on survival rate and growth. This study provides a technical basis for the rapid cultivation of half maple lotus grafted seedlings.
