河南省中外合作办学竞争优势——基于波特钻石模型的分析

指出了中外合作办学已经成为河南省高等教育的重要组成部分。近年来河南省中外合作办学机构和办学项目稳步发展,但是与其他经济发达省份相比,仍有很多不足。以迈克波特钻石模型为基础,从基础条件、市场需求、相关支持产业及政策背景4个方面分析了河南省在高等教育中开展中外合作办学中的竞争优势,并对河南省中外合作办学的进一步发展提出了策略与建议。

Competitive Advantages of Sino-Foreign Cooperation Colleges and Universities in Henan Province-Based on Porter Diamond Model

Sino-foreign cooperative education has become an important part of higher education in Henan Province.In recent years,the Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions and projects in Henan Province have developed steadily.But compared with other developed provinces,there are still many shortcomings.Based on the Mike Porter diamond model,this paper analyzes the competitive advantages of Sino-foreign cooperative education in Henan Province from four aspects:basic conditions,market demand,relevant supporting industries and policy environment.It alsoputs forward its own suggestions on the development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in Henan Province.
