On Modes of University Technology Transfer Abroad

In recent years,with the revision and implementation of the series of policies and regulations on the Law on the Promotion of the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements,domestic universities have actively explored technology transfer models that are in line with China's national conditions.This paper focuses on thekey modes of technology transfer in foreign universities,and classifies them into internal models,peripheral models and hybrid models.The world-renowned universities,Stanford University,Oxford University and Tokyo University,take the example of their technology transfer models.Combing and analyze.Finally,combined with the status quo of technology transfer in China's colleges and universities,it puts forward some suggestions on establishing a professional organization for technology transfer,building a professional talent team,and increasing capital investment.
