利用秋季闲置黑木耳棚室栽培元蘑的研究

摘    要:以元蘑1号和元蘑5号为试验材料,利用秋季闲置黑木耳棚室进行元蘑栽培研究,对2种元蘑菌株菌丝长势、生长速度、污染率、出菇集中程度、子实体形态特征、单袋产量和生物转化率进行比较研究,筛选适合秋季黑木耳棚室栽培的元蘑菌株。结果发现:元蘑1号菌丝生长速度较元蘑5号快,污染率较元蘑5号低;出菇管理中发现,元蘑1号出菇较集中,子实体品质、单袋产量和生物转化率均较元蘑5号高。结论为元蘑1号适合利用黑木耳棚室栽培出菇。

Study on Cultivation of Hohenbuehelia Serotina Used Auricularia heimuer Greenhouse in Autumn

Abstract:Two Hohenbuehelia Serotina strains were chosed to study the cultivation of H. Serotina used Auricularia heimuer greenhouse in autumn. To screen the optimal H. Serotina strain, the mycelial growth potential, growth rate, contamination rate, time of fruiting body formation, morphological characteristics, yield per bag and biological efficiency were calculated. The results showed that the mycelium growth rate of H. Serotina No. 1 was faster than that of H. Serotina No. 5, however, the contamination rate was lower than that of H. Serotina No. 5. The results of the fruting body formation showed that H. Serotina No. 1 produced more fruting bodes in a short time, and have better quality, higher yield and biological efficiency. So H. Serotina No. 1 is suitable for greenhouse cultivation.
