摘    要:分析常规木材干燥室干燥介质循环特性,提出改善沿材堆高度方向干燥介质循环风速均匀分布的措施,即在材堆两侧合理设置多级弧形板导流装置,并研制了模拟试验机.通过对安装导流装置前后的试验机介质循环特性测试验证,干燥室内沿材堆高度方向介质循环风速均匀性提高了35%以上,风速偏差可控制在±20%以内.

Abstract:Some measures to improve the uniform distribution of drying medium circulating velocities in the wood pile height direction were proposed according to the drying medium circulating characteristics in conventional timber-drying kiln. A series of multilevel curved plate airflow guiding devices were reasonably set on both sides of the wood pile,and a simulated experimental machine was developed.
