摘    要:凸轮机构是荔枝去核剥壳机核心工作部件之一,其设计好坏直接影响到整机的工作可靠性。利用Pro/E设计软件对荔枝去核剥壳机凸轮机构进行三维建模、运动仿真和动态分析,获得凸轮机构运动时凸轮轴沿Z轴方向的位移、速度、加速度;凸轮轴与拨销之间的连接反作用力、碰撞、冲量等参数。提高机构设计的准确性,为凸轮机构的结构参数和运动参数的优化设计提供了依据。

Abstract:The 3D model kinematics simulation and dynamical analysis of cam mechanism in litchi denucleating and decorticating machine was done based on Pro/E.The displacement,velocity,acceleration,connect reaction,collision,and momentum along the Z axis of cam mechanism was analysed.These improved accuracy of the design of cam mechanism,and provided theoretical basis for structure parameters and motion parameters of cam mechanism optimization.
