| 摘 要： | 鸭病毒肝炎 (DVH)在世界主要养鸭地区均有爆发 ,我国包括江西省在内的很多省份也时有发生。为了调查研究江西地区雏鸭病毒肝炎发生情况和病原血清型 ,作者将江西农业大学实验室收集的我省部分地区鸭肝炎病料制备生理盐水悬液 ,通过鸡胚接种分离到三株 (FCD、QYPD、ZSD)病毒。经动物试验显示 ,3个病毒分离株的致死率分别达到 :6 9.2 % ,80 .0 % ,73.3%。经过观察临床表现、剖检变化、血清被动保护试验 ,初步确诊所采集的病料均为鸭肝炎病毒。经和鸭胚中和试验证明 ,该病毒的血清型为I型

| Abstract: | Occurrences of DVH are reported from major duck-producing regions in the world including Jiangxi Provinces in China. Three virus strains (FCD, QYPD and ZSD) were isolated from the pathologic materials kept in the prevetion vet lab of Jiangxi Agricultural University by means of saline suspension and blastula inoculation. Animal test indicated that the death rate from FCD, QYPD and ZSD were 69.2%, 80.0% and 73.3% respectively. Through observation of clinical performance and the results of dissection and passive conservancy blood serum test, the pathologic materials were diagnosed as DHV. Duck blastula neutralized test proved that the serotype of the virus was Type I. |
