兔支气管败血波氏杆菌的分离与16SrRNA鉴定

雅安市某兔场饲养的部分种兔发生一种以打喷嚏、流鼻涕、精神不振、呼吸困难、鼻孔出现粘液性或脓性分泌物为主要特征的传染病。通过对送检病兔病原的分离培养、形态染色观察、生化鉴定和半套式PCR反应确诊为兔支气管败血波氏杆菌感染,通过药物敏感实验筛选出了敏感药物。同时建立了快速鉴定兔支气管败血波氏杆菌的方法。

The isolation and haft-nested PCR identification of Rabbits Bordetella bronchiseptica

An acute rabbit infectious disease mainly characteristic of sneezing,nasal discharge,asthenia,dyspnea,mucous and purulent secretion in nostril occurrencd in a rabbit farm. A Bordetella bronchiseptica strain was isolated through pathogen isolation,morphologic observation,biochemical reaction and half-nested PCR reaction.Drug Sensive test were then used to get effective drug.An half-nested PCR technique was established to identificate Bordetella bronchiseptica rapidly.
