野葛的茎尖组织培养与植株再生

摘    要:对野葛的茎尖培养及植株再生进行了研究.结果表明:野葛茎尖培养的最适大小为0.3mm;最适分化培养基为MS+6-BA2mg/L+NAA 1 mg/L;最适生根培养基为MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+PP333 0.5 mg/L.

Abstract:Shoot-tip culture and plantlet regeneration of Pueraria lobata were studied.The result showed that the most suitable shoot-tip size of Pueraria lobata was 0.3 mm.And the optimal differentiation medium and rooting medium were MS 6-BA 2 mg/L NAA 1 mg/L and MS NAA 0.5 mg/L PP333 0.5 mg/L,respectively.
