摘    要:通过对新疆8个主要玉米杂交种及其亲本的ISSR分析,初步构建了新疆玉米DNA特异性指纹图谱,并建立了数字化特异性指纹数据库,探索了ISSR技术在玉米种质鉴定中的应用.结果表明,ISSR扩增重复性好、多态性高,根据筛选出的4个引物I19、I26、I37、I71建立的特异性指纹图谱就可以把8个主要玉米杂交种及其亲本区分开来;数字化特异性指纹数据库的建立表明了ISSR在玉米品种鉴定中起重要作用并具有可行性.

Abstract:Eight maize hybrid cultivars and their parents in Xinjiang were studied by ISSR techniques,the standard pattern for their specific fingerprint and digital fingerprint database were constructed,and the application of ISSR in maize variety certification was researched.The result showed that ISSR was good stability and high polymorphism,four ISSR primers containing I19,I26,I37 and I71 were chosen,their specific fingerprints which could indentify the eight maize hybrid cultivars and their parents in Xinjiang were built.The construction of specific fingerprint database clearly demonstrates that ISSR markers are highly useful and reliable for identifying the different maize hybrids and their parents.
