| Abstract: | Ancient China is a society of paying great attention to the confucian ethical code.There're a lot of valuable thoughts in the judicial moral principle in ancient China.They are "bright virtue and careful punishment","rule of morality with its priority to penalty","compensating the people","love for the people","self-discipline" and "self-restrict" and so on. |
