扎米莲( Zamioculcas zamiifolia) 叶片的植株再生

摘    要: 建立了从扎米莲叶片直接再生植株的有效方法。结果表明, 扎米莲叶片外植体在仅加6-BA 或NAA 或2 ,4-D 的培养基中培养8 周后都不能产生幼芽; 但在含不同浓度6-BA (1.0~2.0 mg/L) 和NAA(0.02~0.2 mg/L) 组合的MS 培养基上培养3 周后开始产生幼芽, 其幼芽分化的最佳培养基为MS + 6-BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.02 mg/L。再生芽在添加IBA 0.5 mg/L 的MS 培养基中生根。

Abstract:An efficient regeneration protocol was developed thr ou gh direct shoot regeneration from leaf explants of Zamioculcas zamiifolia En gl.The results showed no adventitious shoots were visible from leaf explants cul tured for 8 weeks on the medium only supplemented with 6-BA,NAA or 2,4-D.Adventitious shoot differentiation could occur directly from leaf explan ts cultured for 3 weeks on MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 1 0-2 0mg /L and NAA 0 02-0 2mg/L.MS medium supplemented with 6-BA 2 0 mg/L and NAA 0 02mg/L was most effective.The regenerated shoots rooted in the MS medium with IBA(indole butyric acid)0 5mg/L.
