| 摘 要： | 本研究旨在探明结缕草种子发育过程中生理生化变化,为种子生产提供科学的理论依据,在山东胶州,结缕草盛花期后每隔3~5 d取1次种子样品,对其发育过程中的生理生化变化进行研究。结果表明,结缕草种子发育过程中含水量是先升高,而后逐步降低,而种子干、鲜重则逐渐增加,最后略有降低。可溶性糖含量变化总趋势是降低(5.0%),而淀粉含量先升后降,再逐渐增加,最后保持在15.0%左右,种子酸性磷酸酯酶活性逐渐增强,且不同成熟度间的活性差异极显著(P＜0.01)。种子生长素(IAA)和赤霉素(GA)含量逐渐减少,而脱落酸含量是逐步增加,最后达72.7 μg/100 g鲜重。综合考虑,结缕草适宜的收获期应在盛花期后36 d左右,即6月15日左右,此时种子活力强,含水量为26%~28%,千粒重为0.89 g。
