杏仁粕营养成分分析

摘    要:杏仁粕是苦杏仁提取油和甙以后的废渣,为合理开发利用废物资源,我们测定了其营养成分并进行初步分析。测定结果表明,杏仁粕中含16种氨基酸,其中谷氨酸含量最高(6.91%);必需氨基酸占总氨基酸的42%;蛋白质含量为42.92%;总能量高达20937kJ/kg,还含有脂肪、钙、镁等多种营养成分,这将为开发利用高蛋白营养饲料提供有用的依据。

Abstract:After amygdalim and almond oil are taken out loom apricot kernels the rest is apricot leftovers. In order to make a good use of the apricot leftovers, we anylized its nutrient compositions. The results indicated that in apricot leftovers there were 16 amino Acids. Glutamic acid (GLU) Content was in the highest (6.91%). Essential amino acids took an avarage of 42% of the total amina acids; Protein content was 42.92% Total energy was 500gkc/kg. Besid-es there were other nutritional materials such as Ca' Mg and fats. This study may help to make good use of apricot leftovers as high protein nutrients in animal food.
