谈我国农区“经济林”发展战略

我国的经济林已有较大的发展,但各地区的发展还很不平衡。作者通过调查研究,总结出当前农区经济林发展的几个特点。讨论了农区经济林发展战略的现实意义;强调了发展经济林要用“系统论”的观点和方法搞好规划,加强宏观调控的重要性。作者呼吁：应把在农区发展经济林作为农区经济发展的一项战略任务来抓。

A Talk on the Development Strategy of "Economic Forests"in the Agricultural Regions in China

Abstract Economic forests in China has had a great development. The author through investigation and summarization points out the 5 features of economic forest development in the agricultural regions:(1) the economic forests develop from mere fruit produc-tion on entity of fruit production, processing and utilization, (2) from utilization of partial parts of trees to utilization of whole trees, (3)from the direction of single efficiency to that of multiple efficiency. But the development in different regions is different. The author makes a discussion on the realistic significance of the development strategy of economic forests in the agricultural regions, and empasizes the importance in applying the viewpoints and methods of "systems theory" to make a program on economic forest development so as to intensify the macrconomic control. He makes a call that the development of economic forests in the agricultural regions should be deemed a strategic task for the economic development of the agricultural regions.
