摘    要:目的]检测南五加皮挥发性成分。方法]采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对南五加茎皮的挥发性成分进行分析。结果]鉴定出12种化学成分,得到酮类、醛类、酚类等不常见挥发性成分,在红毛五加皮、香加皮挥发油中未见,其中含量最多的是5羟-甲基-糠醛,相对含量为58.076%,其余各成分含量均未超过4.000%。结果]为南五加皮开发利用提供理论依据。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to examine volatile components in cortex Acanthopanacis.Method] GC/MS was adopted to analyze.Result] 12 kinds of chemical composition were identified,among which,ketones,aldehydes,phenols and other volatile components were not common.The most abundant was 5-(hydroxymethyl) with the relative content of 58.076%,the remaining components did not exceed 4.000%.Result] The study will provide theoretical basis for the development and utilization of cortex Acanthopanacis.
