摘    要:以甜椒为材料,研究了菌根真菌对普通土壤和富有机质土壤不同栽培方式下甜椒生长发育、产量及品质的影响。结果表明,AM真菌显著提高了甜椒的根系活力,促进了根系中须根的萌发和生长;接菌处理还显著提高了甜椒叶片的叶绿素含量和光合速率,富有机质土壤的促生作用更明显;接菌处理使甜椒的产量有了明显的提高,与对照相比达到了显著差异;接菌处理对甜椒的品质也有很好的改善作用,表现为硝酸盐含量下降和总糖、VC、粗蛋白含量增加,因此菌根苗在富有机质土壤栽培下应用效果更好。

Abstract:The effect of arbuscular mycorrihiza(AM)fungi on growth, yield, and quality of sweet pepper(Capsicum annuum L.)under soil cultivation and rich organic matter soil were studied. The results showed that AM fungi improved the root activity of sweet pepper and promoted the germination and growth of fibrous root. The chlorophyll content and photosynthesis of sweet pepper leaves were significantly improved by AMF inoculation. Sweet pepper could grow better in rich organic matter soil than in ordinary soil. Compared with the control, AMF inoculation treatment significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, and the nutritional quality of sweet pepper was also improved, as the nitrate content decreased and the contents of total sugar, VC and crude protein increased.
