苹果过氧化物同工酶研究

摘    要:采用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测定了31个苹果品种过氧化物酶同工酶。嫩茎中酶带数量最多,共检出13条酶带;同一品系内未表现特征酶带,杂种与亲本间谱型也明显不同;不同酶带谱型年间重复性良好,可作为品种识别及杂种基因型变异程度的鉴定依据。

Abstract:Isoperoxidase(POD)petterns of 3l apple varieties were examined,The resultsshowed that the enzyme belt numbers were more in the tender shcot of new growth than that inthe skin and buds of one-year-old stem and young leaf of new growth.Therefore,the tendershoots could be used to study the POD patterns of apple varieties which genes were mixed highly.13 enzyme belts were found in the tender shoots,which could be devided into 3 groups.There were 2l enzyme patterns in the 31 varieties.The enzyme patterns of the hybrids were different with that of the parents obviously,The enzyme patterns of the four tissues examined in the certaintime in two years were similar.
