黄原胶流变特性的应用

摘    要:黄原胶具有独特的流变特性,其粘度值随不同剪切速率发生明显变化,是典型的假塑性流体,其粘度值随浓度的升高而增大,成线性关系,pH为4-10时,黄原胶溶液粘度值不受影响,大于80℃的加热温度可使黄原胶溶液粘度降低,黄原胶与羧甲基纤维素钠混合具有增粘效应。

Abstract:Xanthan gum has a peculiar rheological characteristics,evident change for viscosity to varied, shearing rate.It is a typical pseudoplastic liquid.Its viscosity increased by the concentration going up, and shows a linear relation.The viscosity is not affected by the pH 4 to 10,and decreased by the heating abov~ 80℃.It had a viscosity-increasing efftct when mixed with CMC-Na.
