摘    要:以2种污染区和对照区的不同林地土壤为研究对象,对土壤样本的化学特性和微生物数量进行了研究。结果表明:气体污染物引起附近林地土壤pH值、有机质、全氮、碱解氮含量下降,台湾相思林在污染环境下改良土壤化学性质极为明显。污染区的3种微生物数量均显著低于对照,土壤细菌数量总体上呈现荔枝林地>台湾相思林地>马尾松林地>尾叶桉林地>裸地。土壤化学特性与土壤微生物量的相关性分析表明,土壤有效养分含量越高越适合微生物的生长。综合各林地土壤化学和微生物特性的分析可看出,台湾相思和荔枝在大气污染的地区是较为理想的造林树种。

Abstract:The chemical and microbial characteristics of forest soil at two different airpolluted areas and the control area were studied.Results showed that the polluted air caused the nearby forest decline of soil acidification,the content of soil organic matter,the total N and available N.The Acacia confusa stand could improve the soil chemical characteristics evidently.The quantities of three microbes were smaller in polluted soil than those in control area.The number of bacteria was in an order from high to low as follows: Litchi chinensis stand,A.confusa stand,Pinus massoniana stand,Eucalyptus urophylla stand,bare land.The soil chemical characteristics showed a significant correlation(P<0.05) with the number of microbe.The chemical and microbial characteristics showed that A.confusa and L.chinensis were the more suitable tree species for forestation at polluted area.
