固定污染源排气中H_2S的便携式气相色谱测定法

摘    要:目的]寻找一种固定污染源排气中H2S的快速准确测定方法。方法]通过确定色谱仪最佳测试参数、建立标准曲线,进行准确度和精密度试验、SO2干扰试验和现场采样试验分析了便携式气相色谱法测定固定污染源排气中H2S的适用性与优势。结果]便携式气相色谱法的标准曲线回归方程为:y=91.771x+31.796;该法的精密度好,准确度高。该法的H2S测定上限为152mg/m3,测定下限为0.152mg/m^3。当CSO2≤50CH2S时,该法的H2S测试相对误差≤5.0%。受生产工艺影响,SO2和H2S浓度在克劳斯炉出口处度最大,以后随着处理的加强,浓度逐渐减小。各测点CSO2∶CH2S均小于50,结合室内干扰试验结果可以判定,便携式气相色谱法测定各工段H2S浓度时,受SO影响较小。结论]该法快速可行,适用于野外应急监测HS的测定。
