摘    要:[目的]研究水稻土中的铜及其向糙米的转移规律。[方法]以泉州和漳州20个水稻样品和对应的土壤耕层样品为材料,研究了土壤和糙米中的铜含量状况、土壤铜有效度的变化规律及土壤中铜向糙米的转移规律。[结果]采样区土壤全铜超标率为36%,但在该土壤上生产的糙米没有出现铜超标现象。土壤有效态铜与土壤铜有效度、土壤全铜之间呈极显著线性正相关,以土壤全铜为基础的土壤-糙米铜转移系数与土壤全铜呈极显著幂函数回归关系(R2=0.796 4**,n=39),以土壤有效态铜为基础的土壤-糙米铜转移系数与土壤有效态铜呈极显著幂函数回归关系(R2=0.918**,n=39)。[结论]该研究为通过田间管理措施减少或消除重金属向糙米中富集提供了理论基础。

Abstract:[Objective] The purpose was to study Cu in paddy soil and the law of its transfer into unpolished rice.[Method] With 20 rice samples and the corresponding soil samples from plough horizon in Quanzhou and Zhangzhou cities as materials,the status of Cu content in soil and unpolished rice,the change law of the availability of Cu in soil and the transfer law of Cu from soil into unpolished rice were studied.[Result] The over-standard rate of total Cu in soil in the sampling area was 36%,but the unpolished rice produced on this soil showed no over-standard phenomenon of Cu.The available Cu in soil showed extremely significantly positively linear correlation with the availability of Cu and total Cu in soil.The soil-unpolished rice transfer coefficient of Cu based on total Cu in soil showed extremely significantly regression relationship of power function with total Cu in soil(R2=0.796 4**,n=39).The soil-unpolished rice transfer coefficient of Cu based on available Cu in soil showed extremely significantly regression relationship of power function with available Cu in soil(R2=0.918**,n=39).[Conclusion] The study provided theoretical foundation for reducing or eliminating the enrichment of heavy metal into unpolished rice through field management measures.
