| 摘 要： | 异地中小企业行业连盟以一种全新的思维和理念，为企业优势互补、提升竞争能力、实现战略目标及有效扩张提供了一条全新的思路和途径。为此，分析了异地中小企业行业连盟存在的各种差异，阐述了异地中小企业连盟的形势发展；同时，介绍了异地中小企业行业连盟的组成方式，为更好地发展异地中小企业行业连盟提出了意见。

| Abstract: | Strategic Union of Enterprises offers a new track and thoughts for making up mutual advantages among enterprises and enhancing their competitiveness so as to realize their strategic goals and effectiveexpansion. Hence, this paper analyzes each kind of the differences existed in this alliance, and elaborates the development situation of the alliance.
