高校图书馆勤工助学与志愿者结合服务新模式探讨

高校图书馆引入大学生参与到图书馆服务工作中,是目前高校图书馆发展的一种趋势。文章以燕山大学为例,分别介绍了高校图书馆勤工助学工作和志愿者服务的现状和存在的问题,提出了勤工助学与志愿者相结合的服务新模式,并从岗位设置、管理形式、培训形式和激励制度方面对其进行探讨,以最大程度优化图书馆人力资源配置。

Discussion on new Service mode Combining Work-study and Volunteers in University Library

The introduction of university students participating in the work of library service has been the trend of library’s development at present. In this article, taking Yanshan University for example, the current situation and problems of work-study jobs and volunteer service in university library were introduced respectively. And the new service model combining work-study and volunteers was proposed and discussed from the post setting, management form, training form and incentive system to maximally optimize the human resource allocation of library.
