| 摘 要： | 对我国常见野生木本蔬菜资源进行了统计,共36科73种.记述了野生木本蔬菜的开发利用种类、加工方法以及栽培状况.指出了野生木本蔬菜开发利用中存在的问题,对此提出了一系列合理化建议.

| Abstract: | The resources of general and wild woody vegetables in China were incompletely counted up 36 families 73 specieses. The species of exploitation and utilization, the processing ways and the cultivated situation in the wild woody vegetables were described and discussed. Problems among the exploitation and utilization of wild woody vegetables were pointed out and a series of reasonable suggestions were put forward to make use of the wild woody vegetable resources in China perpetually. |
