摘    要:[目的]应用RP-HPLC法测定大叶香茶菜中冬凌草甲素的含量。[方法]RP-HPLC法色谱条件:色谱柱为Varian Microsorb-MV 100-5C18柱,流动相为甲醇∶水(1∶1),流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长λ=238 nm,柱温30℃。[结果]冬凌草甲素加样回收率为98.6%,RSD为2.04%(n=5);大叶香茶菜叶中冬凌草甲素的含量为4.79 g/kg。[结论]该法简便可靠,适用于大叶香茶菜中冬凌草甲素含量测定。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to determine the content of oridonin in Isodon macrophyllus by RP-HPLC method.[Method] The chromatographic conditions of RP-HPLC method were that the chromatographic column was analytical C18 column, the mobile phase was methanol-water(1∶1),the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the detection wavelength was 238 nm.[Result] The average recovery was 98.6% with RSD 2.04%(n=5).The content of oridonin in Isodon macrophyllus was 4.79 g/kg.[Conclusion] This method was proved to be simple and reliable.It could be used for the oridonin content detemination in Isodon macrophyllus.
