大豆异黄酮对樱桃谷鸭生产性能的影响

选用1日龄健康樱桃谷鸭128只,随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组,大豆异黄酮的添加剂量分别为0mg/kg、5mg/kg、10mg/kg和15mg/kg,每组4个重复,每个重复8只,公母各半,分别于21和42日龄屠宰,测定屠宰指标和脏器系数,同时对试鸭的日增重进行统计分析.结果10 mg/kg剂量添加组显著增加了21日龄樱桃谷鸭胃重(P＜0.1),同时显著提高了生长速度(P＜0.1);15 mg/kg添加组显著增加了42日龄樱桃谷鸭的腿肌率、瘦肉率(P＜0.1),其他指标和对照组相比,差异均不显著(P＞0.1).提示高剂量的大豆异黄酮对樱桃谷鸭的生长更有利,大豆异黄酮对樱桃谷鸭生长和生产性能的影响主要是通过提高早期生长速度,缩短生产周期,从而提高饲料转化率来完成的.

Effects of Soybean Isoflavones on Meat Performance of cherry valley duck

128 Cherry Valley Duck which in good health of 1 day old were allocated into control group,Soybean isoflavone(5mgAg),Soybean isoflavone(10mg/kg)and Soybean isoflavone(15mgAg) ,each of them has 4 repetition and 8 ducks in each repetition (4 female,4 male),and then slaughtered at 21 and 42 days to test the slaughtering indexes,organ relative weight and statistical analysis the data of increased weight of everyday.Results:Soybean isoflavone(10mg/kg) increased the weight of stomach and increased growing rate(P<0.1)before three weeks. After three weeks,high dose group increased leg muscle rate and the muscle ratio,and soybean isoflavones had no significant difference on duck' slaughtering performance and organ relative weight compared with control group(P>0.1). Conclusion:high dose soybean isoflavones benefited to the growing of duck.The effects of soybean isoflavones on cherry valley duck majored in increasing the growing rate and decreasing the production lead time,and then enhancing the feed conversion rate.
