| 摘 要： | 朗德鹅胆经乙醇浸提得醇提物,然后经石油醚萃取,硅胶柱层析分离得到白色油状组分,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行了组成及相对含量分析。气相色谱共检测出13个峰,经与质谱标准谱图比较,鉴定出其中9种化学成分,含量较高的为油酸乙酯、棕榈酸乙酯、硬脂酸乙酯、十六碳烯酸乙酯,相对含量分别为57.11%、25.24%、6.49%、3.33%,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量占脂肪酸总量的65.84%。

| Abstract: | The alcoholic extract of French landaise geese gall was extracted by petroleum ether and isolated by silica column chromatography respectively,a white oily component could be obtained.More than 13 compounds were found by GC-MS-computer technology and 9 compounds among them were identified compared with the computer standard spectra.The results showed that Ethyl oleate,Hexadecanoic acid ethyl ester,Octadecanoic acid ethyl ester and Ethyl 9-hexadecenoate relative quantity are higher than others,they are 57.11 %,25.24 %,6.49 % and 3.33 % respectively and the mass fractions of unsaturated organic acid esters are higher than 65.84%. |
