基于开放接口的网络计费管理系统的实现

基于开放接口的网络计费管理系统，通过不同的应用接口，分别与多个独立的网络应用平台相连接，根据需要获得不同的控制权限，使网络管理员可以对以上不同的系统实施统一的控制。在计费方面提出了两种新的技术“小间隙多重循环”技术和“时间粒度”技术。前者利用上网日志构造一个准实时的计费环境，后者实现了在基于局域网的环境中，以用户上网时间为依据实施计费。

Implementation of Network Fee Calculating Management System Based on Open Interface

Through different interfaces, network fee based on the open interface calculating system links with several independent network modules and acquires controlling purviews responding to different requirements, thus the network manager can put the systems mentioned above under control. Two new techniques, "Small Clearance Frequent cycle" and "Time Particles", are put forward in the area of fee calculation. The former creates pre-real time calculation environment using network log. The latter calculates fees according to the length of users' online time in the LAN background.
