| 摘 要： | 针对我国目前生态环境建设和水土保持综合治理的现状及制约因素,阐明了经济社会可持续发展是实现人与自然和谐相处的唯一途径,水利行业也不例外。本文对水利可持续发展的必要性进行了分析,然后阐述了中国水土流失现状和水土流失对水利的危害,最后对水土保持在水利中的积极作用进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In allusion to the actuality and restriction factors of ecology environment construction and soil-water conservation fathering,this paper states that the sustainable development of economy society is the only approach of realizing the harmonious of human and nature.This paper analyzes the necessity of water sustainable development,states the actuality and damage of water and soil erosion,discuses the active role of soil and water conservation in water conservancy. |
