| 摘 要： | 利用苏南、苏中、苏北的问卷调查数据，从性别差异角度阐述了当前农民参与培训的现状，对其成因进行较为深入的经济学分析，并剖析了农民参与培训的真实需求，进而提出加强农民培训的合理性政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the survey data of the south,center and north of Jiangsu Province,the actuality of rural labor's training was illustrated by the gender angle.The causes of rural labor's low training rate especially females were analyzed.Furthermore,the rural labor's training real demands were summarizes.Finally some policy suggestions were proposed. |
