| 摘 要： | 通过利用不同半矮秆材料与南京６号杂交，不同半矮秆材料之间的双列交以近等基因系的比较，研究了不同矮秆基因的遗传特点，它们之间的互作及其遗传效应。结果表明：４个半矮秆基因都表现为隐性单基因，它们之间的互作为积加作用，并且其矮化效应可累加；ｓｄ－１控制的株高节间配制较合理，而ｓｄ－ｇ控制的植株表现出后期快长性。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the inheritance and genetic effects of four semidwarf genes in indica rice as wellas their interaction, the croases between the varieties with these genes and those of the semidwarf verieties with a tallvariety Nanjing 6,and the comparsion between two near isogenic lines of sd-1and sd-g as well as their donor parents,Nanjing 11 and Xingui'ai,were carried out.The result suggested that:(1)The stature of the four semidwarf vari-eties was all conditioned by recessive monogenes which were nonallelic to each other,their interaction belonged to ad-ditive effect and their semidwarfing effect was additive;(2)The internode ratio of the semidwarf varieties with sd-1was a litter fitter than those with sd-g,while the varieties with sd-g grew faster than those with sd-1in the repreduc-tion period. |
