| 摘 要： | 水土保持生态建设项目的建设与管理逐步纳入基本建设管理程序,是水土保持工作的一项新尝试。建设程序应按项目建议书、可行性研究报告、初步设计、施工准备、建设实施、生产准备、竣工验收、项目后评价等八个阶段来实施。本文介绍了项目各阶段的内容与做法。
