农业信息系统的构建

按照农业系统学原理,提出了我国农业信息系统在横向上由农业生物、农业环境、农业技术、和农业经济4个年信息子系统构成,在纵向上由国家、省、市、县4级农业信息中心构成.各级中心根据本地区农业生产的特点,按照农业系统的4个基本要素建立农业信息系统,通过横向、纵向连接,形成一个庞大的、覆盖全国的农业信息网络系统.

Construction of Agricultural Information System

According to Agricultural system principles,the paper has put forward China's agricultural information system should be horizontally consisted of 4 sub-systems: biological,agricultural environment,agricultural technology and agricultural economics and vertically it is consisted of 4 level sub-systems: national,provincial,prefecture and county level agricultural information centers.Centre at all levels of agricultural production in the region in accordance with the characteristics of the agricultural system in accordance with the four basic elements to establish agricultural information system,through horizontal,vertical connection,forming a massive,nationwide agricultural information network system.
