| 摘 要： | 通过对新农村建设过程中的新问题开展科学研究,对新农村的政治、经济和文化给予智力支持,促进农村物质文明、精神文明和政治文明协调发展。指出在实践中必须正视并解决高校参与新农村建设存在的问题,才能够真正发挥高校的优势,从而开创高校和新农村建设“双赢”的局面。

| Abstract: | Constructing new socialistic village is a grand and complicated systematic project.Higher education institutions can offer intelligence supports to the rural economic,politic and culture and promote the material civilization,spiritual civilization and political civilization to have a harmonious development.In practice,problems must be paid attention to and solved in order to develop the advantages of higher education institutions.Eventually,this project can initiate a win-win condition between higher education institutions and rural area. |
