| 摘 要： | 综述了番茄不成熟基因nor的发现过程及含不成熟基因番茄的特点,AFLP分子标记的技术以及在番茄育种上的应用:构建遗传图谱、基因定位、辅助选择育种和种质资源研究与品种纯度鉴定等;讨论了番茄不成熟基因和AFLP标记存在的问题,并展望了其应用前景。

| Abstract: | This paper reviews the discovery process of the non-ripening tomato gene nor and the characteristics of nonripening tomato.The application of AFLP molecular markers in tomato breeding is reviewed.The application includes construction of genetic maps,gene targeting,marker assisted selection breeding,germplasm research and genetic purity test.The current challenge nor research and future prospect are also discussed. |
