| 摘 要： | 针对农业高职院校食品营养与检测专业特点,从教学内容的改进、教学方法和教学手段的改善、考核方式的改革等方面着手,进行了一系列的改革与实践,注重培养学生分析问题、解决实际问题的能力,缩短毕业后的后熟期。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the professional features of food nutrition and detection in agricultural vocational college, the article touches on from the improvement of teaching contents, teaching methods and reform of assessment modes, to start with a series of reform and practice, focusing on cultivating students to analyze questions, to possess the ability to solve practical problems and to shorten the after-ripening period after graduation. |
