京津风沙源治理工程监测技术体系初探

摘    要:为了及时准确地反映面积达458000km^2的京津风沙源治理工程的实施情况和建设效果,有必要对该工程进行工程监测.监测内容包括土地利用景观格局变化监测、工程实施进度及质量监测、植被变化动态监测、生态效益评估监测.提出了监测的指标体系和技术流程.其监测方法有TM监测、SPOTO5监测、QuickBird监测.

Abstract:It is necessary to keep monitoring in order to understand the implementation effect of the Project for Wind and Sand Source Area Control around Beijing and Tianjin with the area of 458 000 hm2.The contents of monitoring include land use,change of landscape,progress of project implementation,vegetation change and ecological benefit.The criterion system and techniques were proposed.Three methods such as TM monitoring,SPOT5 monitoring and QuickBird monitoring were introduced.
