摘    要:多年生簇毛麦(四倍体)是小麦品种改良的优良遗传资源。其在小麦族中的分类地位一直存在争议。为了确立多年生簇毛麦在小麦族中的分类地位,用RAPD方法对多年生簇毛走、二倍体簇毛麦、中间偃麦草、非洲黑麦、普通小麦中国春等材料进行了分析。结果表明,多年生簇毛麦与中间偃麦单的亲缘关系最近(GD值为0247),但不能与二倍体簇毛麦聚成一类(GD值为0.326),说明多年生簇毛麦并不是二倍体簇毛走加倍产生的。

Abstract:Dasypyrum breviaristatum is a good germplasm and a potential resource to be used in wheat improvement. However, its systematic status is still disputed in tribe Triticeae. In order to ascertain its systematic status, D. breviaristatum, Th. Intermedium, S. africanum, common wheat of Chinese Spring and some other species in Triticeae were analyzed using RAPD technique. The dendrogram showed that D. breviaristatum was closest to Thinopyrum intermedium, but were not able to be grouped together with D. villosum. It indicated that D. breviaristatum was unlikely to be directly derived from D. villosum.
