After a series of reform in forest classified management,timber purchase and personnel system,Saihanba Mechanized Forestry Centre has made great achievements.As many state-owned forest farms have commenced on reform at present,under this background,Saihanba should position itself,because the general orientation in the reform and development of Saihanba forestry is supposed to conduct corporations,by introducing in market mechanisms,and establishing a new labor and salary system.
