| 摘 要： | 将4头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的黑白花奶牛(处于泌乳中后期)分为两组,1组添加8克/头.天烟酸,1组作为对照,然后作交叉处理。结果发现:添加组与对照组牛瘤胃内三氯醋酸沉淀蛋白(TCA—P)量分别为4.485和4.190毫克/毫升瘤胃液(P<0.01)。说明奶牛日粮中添加烟酸可促进瘤胃微生物的生长,对提高奶牛生产性能具有益作用。

EFFECT OF SUPPLIMENTING NIACIN TO DAIRY COWS ON THE MICROBIAL PROTEIN SYSTHESIS IN THE RUMEN |

| Abstract: | Four dairy cows with permenant rumen fistulae after peak production were divided into 2 groups. In the first phase, one group was supplemented with 8 g/d/cow of niacin, the other group was control. In the second phase, treatment was exchanegd. The results showed that the amount of trichloroacetic acid precipitated protein (TCA-P) in the rumen were 4.49 and 4.19 mg/ml rumen liguor (p<0.01). This might indicate that niacin could promote microbial growth in the rumen. |
