25％吡蚜酮可湿性粉剂对烟蚜的田间防治效果

[目的]明确25％吡蚜酮可湿性粉剂对烟蚜的田间防治效果。[方法]设置0．0450,0．0600、O．0750kg／hm^225％吡蚜酮可湿性粉剂、0．0289kg／hm^25％吡虫啉乳油（对照药剂）和清水（空白对照）5组处理，进行了烟蚜田间药效试验。[结果]125％吡蚜酮可湿性粉剂对烟蚜有较好的防治效果，药后1d供试3个剂量的防效均达到92．0％以上，且速效性较好；药后7d供试3个剂量的防效达96．90％以上，持效性较好。[结论]25％吡蚜酮可湿性粉剂防治烟田蚜虫的适宜用量为0．0450kg／hm^2（有效成分），持效期达7d以上。

Study on the Effect of 25 % Pymetrozine WP on Myzus persicae in Tobacco Field

[ Objective] The aim was to make sure the control effect of 25% Pymetrozine WP against Myzus persicae in tobacco field. [ Method] The test of 25% Pymetrozine WP against Myzus persicae in tobacco field by 5 groups of treatment of 0.045 0,0. 060 0,0.075 0 kg,/hm^2 25% Pymetrozine WP,O. 028 9 kg/hm： 5% imidaeloprid emulsion and water was conducted. [ Result ] The field test on 25% pymetrozine WP was carried out to validate the control effect against Myzus persieae. Th results showed that 25% pymetrozine WP had good effect to control Myzus persicae in tobacco field. Control effect of three doses of 25 % pymetrozine WP reached more than 92% after 1 days of treatment, and more than 96.90% after 7 days treatment. [ Conclusion] The suggested application dosage was 0.045 0 kg/hm^2 and the persistent period reached over 7 days.
