悬挂犁耕机组耕深自动控制的研究

摘    要:悬挂犁耕深的自动控制是农机自动化的重要内容之一.为此,以黄海-304拖拉机悬挂三铧犁耕机组为研究对象,用电液比例方向阀替代主控制阀,结合应用传感器检测技术,采用闭环控制的方式来实现悬挂犁耕机组耕深的阻力控制、位置控制、力位综合控制;采用按钮式控制面板代替原有拖拉机复杂的操纵机构,使得对液压系统的操作简单准确,实现了悬挂犁耕机组耕深的自动控制.

Abstract:The automatic control of plowing depth of integrated plow is one of the important aspects of agricultural machinery automation. This paper takes the Huanghai-304 tractor-plowing set as example, applying the electro hydraulic proportion valve to replace the traditional hydraulic system as well as the sensor detection technology to collect real-time operating information, the closed loop control of hitch system which performs the plough resistance and position controlling is realized; and a control panel with touch button is adopted to alternate the complicated operating mechanism, therefore, the operation of tractor is easy and accurate, and the automatic control is reached.
