摘    要:为了怀牛膝规范化生产中种子种苗的标准化,以怀牛膝秋子、秋蔓薹子、蔓薹子为材料,对其总生物量、根冠比、各部位生物量及其分配等方面进行了比较分析。结果表明:不同繁殖类型怀牛膝总生物量随植株生长发育进程而增加,均呈“S”型曲线,累积高峰期为11月上旬,生物量积累表现为“慢-快-慢”的增长。总生物量及营养器官的生物量配置均呈现秋子?秋蔓薹子?蔓薹子的趋势,生殖配置表现为蔓薹子?秋蔓薹子?秋子,进一步证实了在怀牛膝生产上采用秋子进行繁殖较好。

Abstract:In order to standardize seeds and seedlings ofAchyranthes bidentata ,the total biomass,root-shoot ratios and the biomass assignments of different parts of different breeding types ofA. bidentata were studied in this article. The results showed that the total biomass accumulations of different breeding types ofA. bidentata presented the "S" curves,which abided by the principle:slow-fast-slow and the highest stage of which were early November. The total biomass and the biomass assignments of vegetative organs of different breeding types of A. bidentata were all Qiuzi〉Qiumantaizi〉Mantaizi,and the reproduction allocations were Mantaizi〉 Qiumantaizi〉Qiuzi. The results further confirmed that reproduction with Qiuzi was better in the productions of A. bidentata.
