| Abstract: | The effect of bringing in talents hereafter on agricultural scientific innovation is preliminarily ex- plored on the basis of the effect of talents brought in from abroad by Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences in recent years on the agricultural research and management and the agricultural development in Shanghai as well as the requirements of the 11~(th) five-year scientific innovation program of Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences. |
